Returns & Refund Policy
At Rare Finds, every item is carefully inspected, described, and packaged before it reaches you. Because we deal in collectible trading cards, graded cards, and sealed products — items whose condition and value can be affected once they leave our care — all sales are final.
No Returns We do not accept returns on any products, including loose cards, graded cards, booster packs, sealed products, master sets, and supplies. Once an order has been placed and shipped, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
No Refunds We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, buyer’s remorse, perceived value of pulls from sealed or booster products, or differences in personal grading expectations. Sealed product is sold as-is, and we cannot guarantee the contents, rarity, or condition of cards contained within unopened packs.
Order Accuracy We encourage all customers to review their cart, item descriptions, photos, and quantities carefully before completing checkout. If you have any questions about a product’s condition, grading, or authenticity, please contact us before purchasing — we’re happy to provide additional details or photos.
Damaged or Incorrect Items While all sales are final, we take great care in fulfilling and packaging every order. In the rare event that you receive an item that is incorrect or was damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Such cases are reviewed on an individual basis at the sole discretion of Rare Finds, and any resolution offered does not constitute a general return or refund policy.
